HAUKI 1 and HAUKI 2- vacation villas are located in a peaceful and close to nature environment in a 2,5 ha area on the waterfront of Lake Iso-Sapsojärvi. Holiday houses are located only 4 kilometres from diverse and famous tourist town Vuokatti and 7 kilometres from downtown Sotkamo. The area is consisted of four different villas, which lie on a beautiful, and atmospheric waterfront lot.  Top quality log buildings are built in 2010.  There is unbelievable view from villas over the lake all the way to the famous Hiukka sand dunes. Villas have own 200 metres shoreline and in addition holiday villas have a shared grilling place at the waterfront.

The residents of holiday villas can enjoy spectacular nature of Kainuu all year round. In summer the own shoreline provides a great opportunity for fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the lake. Darkening evenings gives a good reason to exploit the atmospheric grilling place at the waterfront of Lake Iso-Sapsojärvi. In winter there are provided snowmobile trails starting immediately from the villas. In addition skiing on the lake is possible during winter.  The magnificent nature in the surroundings of the villas gives also an fantastic and breath-taking experience for hikers.


HAUKI 1-vacation villa has 3 bedrooms, living room, fireplace (firewood included during winter season), fully equipped kitchen, sauna (electric heater), bathroom, utility room, 2 toilets and a terrace. One bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has two separate beds and the third bedroom a sofa bed. In addition there is also a sofa bed in the loft. Baby crib and highchair are also available. Cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are for extra fee.
