IIDA 38 is situated 400m from Vuokatti hills, its near skiing and running tracks. The construction of IIDA apartments has been completed in 2008.

IIDA 38 apartment is on the ground floor and it's 62 m2 by size. The apartment is situated in two stories house. Apartment has two master bedrooms and also a convertible sofa. Apartment provides room for 4+2 persons. We can also provide you  childrens bed and baby high chairs when necessary.
In price included: bed linean, towels, final cleaning and wi-fi internet access.

Pets are allowed in this apartment for an extra fee 50 euros / pet, max 3 pets.

There’s a balcony in the apartment. The balcony has a gas grill and garden furniture for four people. Guests staying in IIDA 38 are allowed to use the ski waxing facilities in KaisanKulma area.  In front of Iida apartments there's also playground for kids, called "Karhumetsä".
